The Ice Cream Farm is currently closed. The Ice Cream Farm Drive Thru is open Monday to Friday 12pm - 5pm and Saturday to Sunday 11am - 5pm
Unfortunately, due to health and safety reasons, we can’t allow dogs at The Ice Cream Farm, except for assistance dogs.
Yes. We have a designated Picnic Area, which you’ll find next to Marshmallow Mound.
Our Access Pass allows access onto site which includes carparking and unlimited entry to Daisy's Garden during your booked session time. An Access Pass needs to be purchased for everyone, including infants (under 12 months free of charge) wishing to visit us. . Book Now!
When you arrive at The Ice Cream Farm, please park in the ‘overflow car park’ and then head over the pedestrian crossing to the main entrance, which can be found across the road under the blue ‘Welcome’ sign. Due to Covid safety measures, we will be temperature checking all visitors on arrival. Once at the Welcome Desk, you can check in, collect your booking ticket and any Play Passes. If you are a blue badge holder, there are parking spaces allocated in the main car park. Drive Thru customer? Head to the main entrance where the Drive Thru is clearly signposted.
No, you don’t have to buy a Play Pass before your visit as they can be purchased at any of the paid for facilities and from the welcome desk. However, you may want to prepare for your visit by buying a Play Pass online. If you do buy online, the Play Pass will be posted out to you or you can collect on the day of your visit. The Play Pass offers you a great way to save on the cost of play for all our attractions onsite. This Play Pass has 5 plays (normally £4.50 per play) for you to use during your visits, each play on the Play Pass will allow one child to enter one attraction. The Play Pass can be shared amongst multiple children and to be used within 24 months of purchase. Or alternatively you can pay as you play at each attraction (£4.50 per entry, per child) on the day you visit. .Click to view the Play Passes.
As well as 50 flavours of ice cream in the world’s largest ice cream shop, our outdoor play activities including Daisy’s Garden, Strawberry Falls Adventure Golf, Rocky Road, Silvercone racing track, Mini Scoop, Mini Tractors,Marshmallow Mound Jumping Pillows and Gemstone Cove are open. These are the activities we feel confident to open and manage safely. Hopefully we will be able to open our indoor attractions soon. We have lots of our food & drink outlets open to keep you fuelled, including; the World’s Largest Ice Cream Parlour, Sticky Paws Goes Outdoors, The Pitstop, and Pizza Piazza. We know that some of you may feel more comfortable bringing your own food at the moment, which is why you can now enjoy your picnic at our designated area on site. If you need some retail therapy, The Impulse Emporium is open to buy everything from your favourite books, toys or clothing to Ice Cream Take Home tub to enjoy at home.
All visitors are given a 3-hour allocated time slot, which gives as many guests as possible the opportunity to visit whilst still being able to safely comply with social distancing guidelines that are currently in place. We are constantly reviewing the Government guidelines as we look at ways to reopen our site. We have a phased reopening to ensure only the areas where it is safe will be open, with the focus on the wellbeing of our staff and visitors. To give visitors further peace of mind, we have been granted the Visit England ‘We’re Good to Go Industry Standard’ accreditation, which demonstrates that we’re adhering to the respective Government and public health guidance, have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and that we have the required processes in place.
