Some more questions

  • Is there an entrance fee?

There is a small booking fee of £2 per person to secure a slot or a discounted £1.80 per person for VIP Play Pass holders (as well as free admission for infants under 12-months old). Book Now!

  • What do we do when we arrive?

When you arrive at The Ice Cream Farm, please park in the ‘overflow car park’ and then head over the pedestrian crossing to the main entrance, which can be found across the road under the blue ‘Welcome’ sign. Due to Covid safety measures, we will be temperature checking all visitors on arrival. Once at the Welcome Desk, you can check in, collect your booking ticket and any Play Passes. If you are a blue badge holder, there are parking spaces allocated in the main car park. Drive Thru customer? Head to the main entrance where the Drive Thru is clearly signposted.

  • Do I have to buy a Play Pass before I come?

No, you don’t have to buy a Play Pass before your visit as they can be purchased at any of the paid for facilities and from the welcome desk. However, you may want to prepare for your visit by buying a Play Pass online. If you do buy online, the Play Pass will be posted out to you or you can collect on the day of your visit. Click here to buy a Play Pass.

  • How does the Play Pass work?

The Play Passes are part of our ‘pay and play scheme’ where you have the option to choose which attractions you want to pay for. They can be bought in values of £20, £30, £40 or £100 and the more you spend, the more you save. For example, if you purchase a VIP £100 Play Pass, you receive a card with 100 ‘plays’ which works out at £1 per play instead of £4.50- a massive saving of over 70%! The Play Passes can be purchased online and either posted or collected from the welcome desk. Alternatively, they can also be purchased on the day. Play Passes have no expiry date and can be used between multiple visitors.Click to view the Play Passes.

  • What is there at The Ice Cream Farm?

As well as 50 flavours of ice cream in the world’s largest ice cream shop, our outdoor play activities including Daisy’s Garden, Strawberry Falls Adventure Golf, Rocky Road, Silvercone racing track, Mini Scoop, Mini Tractors, and Gemstone Cove are open. These are the activities we feel confident to open and manage safely. Hopefully we will be able to open our indoor attractions soon. We have lots of our food & drink outlets open to keep you fuelled, including; the World’s Largest Ice Cream Parlour, The Pitstop, Pizza Piazza and Chips & Bits. We know that some of you may feel more comfortable bringing your own food at the moment, which is why you can now enjoy your picnic at our designated area on site. We also have a brand-new ice cream Drive-Thru! Find out more, here. If you need some retail therapy, The Impulse Emporium is open to buy everything from your favourite books, toys or clothing to Ice Cream Farm goodies.

  • How long does a visit last?

All visitors are given a 3-hour allocated time slot, which gives as many guests as possible the opportunity to visit whilst still being able to safely comply with social distancing guidelines that are currently in place. You can book your 3-hour time slot online here. This gives you plenty of time to try all of our outdoor activities and enjoy a scoop of ice cream or two! In a hurry? Try our new ice cream Drive-Thru!

  • What Covid-19 safety measures do you have in place?

We are constantly reviewing the Government guidelines as we look at ways to reopen our site. We have a phased reopening to ensure only the areas where it is safe will be open, with the focus on the wellbeing of our staff and visitors. To give visitors further peace of mind, we have been granted the Visit England ‘We’re Good to Go Industry Standard’ accreditation, which demonstrates that we’re adhering to the respective Government and public health guidance, have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and that we have the required processes in place.
