Please fill in the below information for each child attending the party. If they have any dietary requirements and/or allergies we need to be aware of please note where advised. Our party team will review all requirements and where possible will offer alternatives. The Loft takeover party is a maximum of 25 children.

Please note if any further siblings wish to attend we advise to pre-book their entry tickets online prior to arrival. There is no guarantee they will be able to gain entry on the day without a pre-booking ticket.
